Operational Systems

AI-powered systems your business runs on, not apps you rent.

Web, iOS, and Android built around how your operation actually works. Revenue, operations, customer experience, and sharper decisions, with AI where it creates real value.

One codebase · Three platforms

The same application, everywhere.

iOS
Android
Web

One codebase, shipped to every platform. One build cost, one maintenance surface.

What we build

The dispatch board your crew runs from, the portal your clients log into, with AI engineered in.

Operational systems for the work SaaS does not fit, with the AI that reads, drafts, and routes built into the product, not bolted on. Eight shapes we build most, and if yours is not here, that is what the free call is for.

iOS and Android apps

A branded mobile experience your customers open instead of calling.

Member and client portals

Self-service access to accounts, history, and documents, without tying up your staff.

Field service and dispatch

Jobs, routes, photos, and sign-offs for crews who work away from a desk.

Operations dashboards

The spreadsheet everyone depends on, replaced by a system anyone trained for a day can run.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments, availability, and confirmations that replace the phone call.

Quoting and invoicing

Line items, approvals, and payment collection built into the workflow.

AI-enabled applications

Intelligence built into the product, not bolted on afterward.

And more

If it runs a workflow, serves a customer, or replaces a process, we can scope and build it.

Your code. Your data. Your business.

Performance Engineering

Find. Engineer. Validate. Improve.

Entoura is an AI Engineering Firm, the firm you hire when you want your business to operate better. Software, automation, data, and AI are the tools we use to engineer that outcome.

P·01 Find

Find where time and money leave the building

It looks at how your operation actually runs and locates where time and money leave the building. The output is a ranked list of what it costs you, not a pitch.

P·02 Diagnose

Size each opportunity and name what matters first

Each opportunity is sized, and the single one worth changing first is named. This is the Assessment, and it is free.

P·03 Engineer

Build the intelligence that changes how the work gets done

The intelligence that changes how the work gets done is engineered around your operation. It runs inside the systems your team and customers already use, not in a tool beside them.

P·04 Improve

Stay on and keep the system doing its job

Models change, systems change, your business changes. Staying on keeps the system doing its job as all three move.

The Blueprint™ is where Validate becomes concrete: operational diagnosis, success criteria, and a fixed build quote before development begins. Open the Blueprint page →

The stack, in plain language

Production foundations, in your hands.

React Native and Expo

One application that runs on iPhone and Android. Native performance, one codebase, one team maintaining it.

Next.js

The modern web framework: server-rendered pages, API routes, and a deployment pipeline that ships in minutes.

Postgres

Open-source database with real-time subscriptions, row-level security, and Canadian hosting.

Canadian hosting

Your infrastructure and deployments hosted in Canada with edge caching and zero-downtime releases.

"Production-grade technology, built into a codebase you own and control."

Every build ships with

Code ownership

You own and control the codebase from day one. Every commit, every credential, every deployment.

Your hosting accounts

Every service account registered to your business. You control the infrastructure.

Documentation

Operational runbook and technical reference, written for the next developer, not just for us.

Recorded walkthrough

A video handoff of the codebase, the deployment pipeline, and the monitoring setup.

Monitoring

Errors, performance, and uptime tracked from day one in your own accounts.

Clean handoff

A complete transition of the codebase, accounts, and documentation to your team.

Before we build, we define

Still deciding what to build first? That is what the Blueprint is for.

A focused planning engagement that produces a development-ready plan, a fixed quote, and four deliverables you own. $2,500 CAD, credited in full toward your build.

Start with the Blueprint™

After launch

Handed over to you. You run it.

Monitoring and errors tracked

Application errors and performance regressions are monitored automatically. Alerts arrive before user complaints.

Updates and maintenance

Dependencies, security patches, platform compliance, and small improvements, scoped to the build, billed as managed services.

Full ownership from day one

The codebase, the hosting, the data, and the documentation are yours. You control the infrastructure.

How it feels to work with us

Direct, transparent, accountable.

Weekly working previews

Every week, you see real screens with real data. Decisions happen against working software, not slide decks.

Plain-language decisions

Scope changes are named, priced, and agreed in writing before they enter the build. The running cost is never a surprise.

Direct accountability

Strategy, design, and engineering stay close to the work. The people who build it are the people you deal with, no handoffs between sales and delivery.

The operating system these build toward

Every application we build is a module of something larger: a connected operating system for your business.

Start with discovery

Where is your business losing value?

Tell us what is quietly costing you hours or revenue. The Blueprint maps where value is leaking, sets a real target, quotes the build, and the same team engineers it.

Frequently asked

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. That is what the Blueprint is for. You bring the business problem and we define the application shape, the first release scope, and the technical path. Most projects start with a conversation, not a specification.

Can you build for iOS and Android both?

Yes. One codebase ships to iOS, Android, and web. One build cost, one team maintaining it, one set of decisions to make.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the accounts, and the data are in your name from day one. Ownership is designed into the architecture, not added at the end.

What happens after launch?

Optional managed services keep the application monitored, updated, and current. Scoped per system, billed monthly, cancel anytime.

How long does a build take?

A first working release is typically ready in 4–8 weeks from Blueprint completion. The full first version depends on scope; the Blueprint timeline is exact.

Can you take over or rescue an existing application?

Yes, assessed in the free discovery call. The codebase and the technical debt get evaluated, then the rescue is scoped as a Blueprint.

What does it cost?

Every build is a fixed quote derived from its Blueprint. One price, with no hourly billing and no open-ended estimates.

Can we just give everyone a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?

For individual drafting, summarizing, and learning, yes, and you should. A subscription is a general-purpose tool a person opens and prompts. It has no standing connection to your systems, no memory of how your business runs, and it only acts when someone drives it. That is a productivity tool for a person, not an AI system for a business. When you need AI embedded in a workflow, governed, and reliable enough to depend on, you have outgrown the subscription.

When does API-based AI make more sense than consumer apps?

When the work needs to run inside your software, not at a keyboard. APIs let you embed models in the tools you already use, choose the model per task (Claude, GPT-class, Gemini, or open-source), set data-retention terms in writing, and pay per token at volume instead of stacking $20–100/month seats across a team. That is the path from "everyone has a login" to a system the business runs on. The Blueprint defines whether you are there yet.
