The build
What are we actually building (AI, software, or both) and what problem must it solve first?
Entoura.Blueprint™
Entoura.Blueprint™ produces four deliverables and a fixed build quote. The deliverables: operational diagnosis, AI boundary decisions, success criteria in numbers, and a scoped plan, before a line of code is written. When it makes sense, the same team engineers from the plan. $2,500 · 2–4 weeks · credited in full toward the build.
You describe the workflow that costs the hours and the revenue. The Blueprint scopes the AI approach, the flows, the risks, the numbers it moves, and the fastest route to a first working release in 4–8 weeks.
Why this exists
You know AI could take real work off your team, but need to know exactly where it belongs, and where it does not.
The idea is real, but the first release is still too fuzzy to scope or build responsibly.
A workflow has outgrown spreadsheets, forms, generic tools, or one person holding the process together.
You know custom software could help, but need to see the path before committing to a full build.
What gets answered
What are we actually building (AI, software, or both) and what problem must it solve first?
Who needs it, what do they need to do, and where does the workflow break today?
What belongs in the first useful release, and what should wait?
What integrations, data, permissions, models, and infrastructure need to exist?
Where could the build get expensive, ambiguous, or technically fragile? For AI, where the model is uncertain, and what happens when it’s wrong.
What is the clearest path from plan to launch?
What you receive
Every Blueprint produces four artifacts and a fixed build quote for $2,500 CAD. Proceed with Entoura, same team, same spec, straight into development.
Every feature, every workflow, written out.
A complete specification of the build: every feature and workflow documented manual-style, with per-feature acceptance criteria. For AI work, the AI Boundary Specification is a core section, defining what goes to a model, what stays local, what gets logged, and the defined behaviour when the model is wrong or unavailable. Opinions don’t ship; defined behaviour does.
How the system is actually constructed.
Architecture, stack, integrations, data model, and environments. For AI work, the model choice, retrieval approach, and evaluation plan: which model and why (capability, latency, cost, residency), how it’s grounded in your data, and how we know it’s working. References the control structure defined in the Launch Prioritization document.
Phases, the fixed quote, and who owns what.
A week-by-week plan with a full cost breakdown and a fixed quote for the build with Entoura. Includes the v1/v2 deferral list, the risk and assumptions log, and the control structure and handoff register: which accounts, repositories, hosting, and data-residency decisions belong to whom.
A visual synthesis you can put on a wall.
A drafting-grade visual synthesis of all three documents: product elevation, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and build timeline. Screen mockups for software, or the data-and-model architecture for an AI build. Delivered as a print the client can frame, plus the PDF.
Deliverable 04 · The print
A drafting-grade synthesis of all three documents on one 24×36 sheet: brand system, product elevation, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and the week-by-week build timeline. This is the template. Yours arrives carrying your brand, your screens, and your numbers.

Performance Engineering
Entoura is an AI Engineering Firm, the firm you hire when you want your business to operate better. Software, automation, data, and AI are the tools we use to engineer that outcome.
It looks at how your operation actually runs and locates where time and money leave the building. The output is a ranked list of what it costs you, not a pitch.
Each opportunity is sized, and the single one worth changing first is named. This is the Assessment, and it is free.
The intelligence that changes how the work gets done is engineered around your operation. It runs inside the systems your team and customers already use, not in a tool beside them.
Models change, systems change, your business changes. Staying on keeps the system doing its job as all three move.
Validate in practice
A 25-minute call to confirm fit and identify the friction in the workflow you describe.
Guided intake and working sessions document what success looks like in numbers, scope, architecture, risks, and a fixed build quote.
The same team that wrote the plan builds it. $2,500, credited. Weekly previews against real data.
After launch, we monitor and refine against the metrics defined in the Blueprint.
Most Blueprints proceed to a build with Entoura. Owners spend 3–4 hours total in the planning phase.

Tell us the idea. The Blueprint produces the full plan, fixed quote, and the path into a build with Entoura.
The Blueprint translates what you describe into the spec the build team ships from.
Launch Prioritization includes the build number. Proceed with Entoura and the fee credits in full.
Blueprint™ FAQ
Yes. The discovery call is free. It confirms fit and walks through how the Blueprint leads into a scoped build with Entoura.
The Blueprint™ engagement is $2,500 CAD. That amount is credited in full toward your build when you proceed with Entoura.
Four deliverables, Technical Specification, Build Document, Launch Prioritization, and the 24×36 Blueprint Print, plus a fixed build quote. The plan is the build contract; most clients proceed straight into development with Entoura.
You have a fixed build quote and a spec ready to ship. When it makes sense, the same team that wrote the plan builds it, $2,500 credited.
No. Entoura.Blueprint™ defines AI systems and custom software equally: AI builds, iOS, Android, web, and internal tools. If it’s a serious build, the Blueprint scopes it.
You complete a guided intake and attend two working sessions plus the final review. Entoura needs enough operational detail to produce a plan the build team can ship from.
For individual drafting, summarizing, and learning, yes, and you should. A subscription is a general-purpose tool a person opens and prompts. It has no standing connection to your systems, no memory of how your business runs, and it only acts when someone drives it. That is a productivity tool for a person, not an AI system for a business. When you need AI embedded in a workflow, governed, and reliable enough to depend on, you have outgrown the subscription.
When the work needs to run inside your software, not at a keyboard. APIs let you embed models in the tools you already use, choose the model per task (Claude, GPT-class, Gemini, or open-source), set data-retention terms in writing, and pay per token at volume instead of stacking $20–100/month seats across a team. That is the path from "everyone has a login" to a system the business runs on. The Blueprint defines whether you are there yet.
