Entoura.Blueprint™

A custom house gets a blueprint before a single wall. Your AI implementation should get one before a single dollar is spent building.

Know exactly what to build, what it costs, and who builds it, before the build starts. Four deliverables and a fixed quote.

Blueprint™ output

You describe the workflow that costs the hours and the revenue. The Blueprint scopes the AI approach, the flows, the risks, the numbers it moves, and the fastest route to a first working release in 4–8 weeks.

Scope Flows System Roadmap

Why this exists

Most projects do not fail at code. They fail at definition.

You know AI could take real work off your team, but need to know exactly where it belongs, and where it does not.

A workflow has outgrown spreadsheets, forms, generic tools, or one person holding the process together.

What you receive

An actual blueprint. Yours to hang.

A drafting-grade synthesis on one 24×36 sheet: product elevation, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and the week-by-week build timeline. This is the template. Yours arrives carrying your brand, your screens, and your numbers.

Entoura.Blueprint™: a 24 by 36 inch drafting-grade print laying out the brand system, product elevation, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and an eight-week build timeline

What the Blueprint produces

Four sessions. Three documents. One print. Then we build.

Every Blueprint produces three documents and a fixed build quote, plus the drafting-grade print. Proceed with Entoura and the spec goes straight into development.

01

Technical Specification

Every feature, every workflow, written out.

A complete specification of the build: every feature and workflow documented manual-style, with per-feature acceptance criteria. This is the document the build team ships from.

02

AI Boundary Specification

What goes to a model, what stays local, what happens when it’s wrong.

The one component no generic scope document covers. Defines what the AI handles, what stays with a person, what gets logged, and the defined behaviour when the model is uncertain or unavailable. Opinions don’t ship; defined behaviour does.

03

Build Document

How the system is actually constructed.

Architecture, stack, integrations, data model, and environments. For AI work, the model choice, retrieval approach, and evaluation plan: which model and why (capability, latency, cost, residency), how it’s grounded in your data, and how we know it’s working.

04

Launch Prioritization

Phases, the fixed quote, and who owns what.

A week-by-week plan with a full cost breakdown and a fixed quote for the build with Entoura. Includes the v1/v2 deferral list, the risk and assumptions log, and the control structure and handoff register: which accounts, repositories, hosting, and data-residency decisions belong to whom.

05

The 24×36 Blueprint Print

A visual synthesis you can put on a wall.

A drafting-grade visual synthesis of all documents: product elevation, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and build timeline. Screen mockups for software, or the data-and-model architecture for an AI build. Delivered as a print you can frame, plus the PDF.

Best fit

For teams ready to scope and build.

You know what you want to build, but not how to scope it.

Tell us the idea. The Blueprint produces the full plan, fixed quote, and the path into a build with Entoura.

Your team knows the workflow, but not the build shape.

The Blueprint translates what you describe into the spec the build team ships from.

You need a fixed quote before committing to development.

Launch Prioritization includes the build number. Proceed with Entoura and the fee credits in full.

Validate in practice

What the engagement looks like.

01

Find the problem

A 25-minute call to confirm fit and identify the friction in the workflow you describe.

02

Validate success

Guided intake and working sessions document what success looks like in numbers, scope, architecture, risks, and a fixed build quote.

03

Build from the plan

Blueprint fee credited toward the build. Weekly previews against real data.

04

Improve continuously

After launch, we monitor and refine against the metrics defined in the Blueprint.

The Blueprint is yours, build-ready, and any competent developer can execute it. Build with Entoura and the $2,500 fee is credited in full.

What gets answered

The decisions every AI or software project needs before development starts.

01

The build

What are we actually building (AI, software, or both) and what problem must it solve first?

02

Users

Who needs it, what do they need to do, and where does the workflow break today?

03

Scope

What belongs in the first useful release, and what should wait?

04

System

What integrations, data, permissions, models, and infrastructure need to exist?

05

Risk

Where could the build get expensive, ambiguous, or technically fragile? For AI, where the model is uncertain, and what happens when it’s wrong.

06

Roadmap

What is the clearest path from plan to launch?

What you receive, and what it is worth

The Blueprint in full.

Two weeks, intake to documents in hand. You spend 3–4 hours total across sessions.

1 x Walkthrough Session

A full review of the finished Blueprint with you. Every question answered before the build quote is on the table.

Blueprint™ FAQ

Questions before the call.

Is the Blueprint™ discovery call free?

Yes. The discovery call is free and takes 25 minutes. It confirms fit and walks through how the Blueprint leads into a scoped build.

What does Entoura.Blueprint™ cost?

$2,500 CAD. That covers four sessions with the founder, three specification documents, and the 24×36 print. The full $2,500 is credited toward the build when you proceed with Entoura.

What do we receive at the end?

Three documents: the Technical Specification (which includes the AI Boundary Specification), the Build Document, and the Launch Prioritization with a fixed build quote. Plus the 24×36 Blueprint Print. The plan is yours, build-ready, and any competent developer can execute it.

How long does the Blueprint take?

Two weeks, intake to documents in hand. You spend 3–4 hours total across four sessions.

What happens after the Blueprint?

You have a fixed build quote and a spec ready to ship. Build with Entoura and the $2,500 Blueprint fee is credited in full. Build with someone else and you still own the complete design.

What happens if the build runs late?

Every project carries the 100% Project Delivery Guarantee. Every project is delivered, or your money back. Full conditions at entoura.studio/guarantee.

Is this only for apps?

No. Entoura.Blueprint™ defines AI systems and custom software equally: AI builds, iOS, Android, web, and internal tools. If it’s a serious build, the Blueprint scopes it.

How much work is required from us?

You attend two working sessions, one vendor session, and the walkthrough. 3–4 hours total across two weeks. We handle everything else.

Can we just give everyone a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?

For individual drafting, summarizing, and learning, yes, and you should. A subscription is a general-purpose tool a person opens and prompts. It has no standing connection to your systems, no memory of how your business runs, and it only acts when someone drives it. That is a productivity tool for a person, not an AI system for a business. When you need AI embedded in a workflow, governed, and reliable enough to depend on, you have outgrown the subscription.

When does API-based AI make more sense than consumer apps?

When the work needs to run inside your software, not at a keyboard. APIs let you embed models in the tools you already use, choose the model per task (Claude, GPT-class, Gemini, or open-source), set data-retention terms in writing, and pay per token at volume instead of stacking $20–100/month seats across a team. That is the path from "everyone has a login" to a system the business runs on. The Blueprint defines whether you are there yet.
