What it attaches to
Build engagements, from the day the quote is signed.
The guarantee covers the development work: the fixed-quote build scoped by an Entoura.Blueprint™ and quoted with a delivery timeframe. Signing that quote puts the guarantee in force for the scope written on it. Every project is delivered, or your money back.
The Blueprint is a separate engagement with its own deliverables, delivered in 2–4 weeks. It produces the operational diagnosis, the AI boundary decisions, the success criteria in numbers, the scoped plan, and the fixed quote, and those artifacts are yours to keep and build from with anyone. The Blueprint fee is non-refundable and stays with the studio; the build fee is what the guarantee returns.
Work added after the quote is scoped, priced, and dated on its own terms, and carries the guarantee from the day that change is agreed.
How the clock works
Eight conditions, all of them written down.

The signed build quote names a delivery date. That date starts the clock.
The date sits on the quote in weeks, with the scope it covers written next to it, both derived from the Blueprint rather than estimated on a call.

A date moves when the change is discussed and agreed in writing. The agreed date becomes the new clock.
Added scope, a dependency that shifts, and a decision that takes longer than planned are all reasons a date moves. Each one is raised in the week it happens, never at the end.

Where unforeseen circumstances push the work back, Entoura sets a revised date, in writing, with the reason.
Something that could not reasonably have been foreseen at scoping: an event outside either party's control, a platform or provider change, or a technical obstacle that surfaces only in the build. The reason and the new date are written down the day the call is made, and the revised date becomes the new clock. These revisions total no more than 90 days across the whole engagement, so the clock has an end.

Where the build waits on your side, the wait extends the date by the same number of days.
Access to a system, a data export, an approval, a third-party vendor, or content the build needs. Waiting days are logged as they occur and shown in the weekly preview, so the running date is visible the whole way through.

Ninety days past the latest date in writing, with the agreed scope undelivered, the guarantee pays.
Ninety days is deliberate room for an honest overrun. Past it, the work has failed to arrive, and the money goes back.

The return is 100% of the build fee paid to that point, issued within 30 days of the claim.
Work completed to that point stays with you: the code, the repositories, the accounts, and the documentation transfer on the same terms as a finished build.

Invoices current keeps the guarantee in force.
Milestone invoices paid to terms. A build paused for unpaid invoices pauses the clock for the same number of days.

A claim goes to hello@entoura.studio, naming the engagement and the delivery date it passed.
Confirmation and the refund schedule come back within five business days.
Why this exists
A date you can put in your own plan.
Software timelines slip, and most of the industry treats that as weather. The Blueprint exists so the date comes out of a real plan instead of a hopeful one. The 100% Project Delivery Guarantee exists so the risk of that date sits with the studio rather than with your operation.
Ninety days of room is the honest number. It absorbs the overrun that real builds produce, and it ends where a missed date stops being a delay and starts being a failure to deliver.
