The studio
An AI engineering firm for established businesses.
AI engineered to recover leaking revenue, cut the manual hours, and sharpen the decisions.
Entoura.Studio is an AI engineering firm, not an app agency or an outsourcing shop. The work starts by finding where value is leaking, then designs and builds AI-powered operational systems that increase revenue, reduce costs, automate repetitive work, and improve decision-making. Canadian hosting, fixed quotes, measurable outcomes.
What we stand on
Built.
Production-grade operational systems, engineered on the same foundations the largest companies use.
Owned.
You own and control the systems we engineer. They stay managed for you, so you don't have to.
Local.
Built and hosted in Canada, under Canadian privacy law. Based in Comox; close enough to sit with you when the work needs it, without limiting who we build for.
Honest.
Plain language, real numbers, and a straight answer.
How we work
AI demos are everywhere. Production AI is engineering.
A model call is the easy part. The engineering is everything around it: the data architecture, the retrieval that grounds it, the schemas that constrain it, the evaluation that proves it works, and the fallbacks that catch it when it is wrong.
Entoura is a circle of some of the most capable people we know: engineers, designers, and product minds. When someone brings an idea worth shipping, we assemble the team, then design, test, implement, architect, automate, and engineer it until it runs in pressure-tested production.
The build spans the AI (extraction pipelines, retrieval systems, structured outputs, workflow intelligence) and the software it runs inside: iOS, Android, web, and internal tools. Documents parsed without re-keying. Answers pulled from your own files in seconds, with citations to the source line. Follow-ups on schedule, not on memory. One integrated system, with AI engineered in, not chatbots pasted onto the side.
That is the point of Entoura: applied AI and production software for businesses that need systems, not demos.
Background
Years of shipping, before the studio had a name.
Entoura started in furniture e-commerce, building the platform and the product APIs that connected retailers to Canadian manufacturers, passing real-time inventory and information through between them. Alongside it, we stood up cross-country logistics that moved sofas from Vancouver to Toronto in three days through a chain of 3PL partners.
That work led into logistics platforms, then into the development-approvals space, events technology, and several products we built and ran ourselves.
As AI matured, we went deep on it, learning directly from and being mentored by senior leaders at companies including LinkedIn, Mastercard, Amazon, the New York Post, and CitiFinancial through specialized technology programs. The conclusion was simple: the same engineering discipline that built our own platforms could help established businesses engineer operational systems with measurable outcomes, not apps for their own sake.
Today, Entoura.Studio is an AI Engineering Firm: we find where value is leaking, then design and build systems that improve revenue, efficiency, and decision-making. Canadian hosting, fixed quotes, outcomes measured in numbers.
Vancouver Island
Close enough to understand the work.
Built to production standard.
Comox, Courtenay, Campbell River, Nanaimo, Victoria, and the communities between them. Local context matters, but the engineering standard is the same one used by the largest companies. The bar does not move down. Every engagement is scoped properly, built for how the business actually runs, evaluated on real data, and still running after launch.
Why we build
More than shipping software.
Entoura.Studio is here to do more than ship software. The aim is a Canada that owns its own AI and technology infrastructure, and a community that keeps its best engineers home.

Bring the problem your current tools cannot quite hold.
Engagements usually start with Entoura.Blueprint™: an end-to-end scoping engagement, 1–2 weeks, credited in full toward the build. The first conversation is practical: what is broken, who uses it, what data matters, and what version would be useful enough to ship.
