An address resolves to a parcel, and spatial queries join it against every loaded layer at once (zone, overlays, constraints, title flags), returning a full compliance read in seconds: every bylaw rule checked against the project's parameters, each returned as pass, variance required, or fail, with the exact citation. An AI layer drafts the planning rationale and variance justification from those results, and assembles the submission package with pre-filled forms. Once a project is moving, daily monitoring watches title, permit status, and regulatory changes, raising alerts ranked by financial impact.
