Entoura.Studio is operated by Entoura Brands, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada (referred to here as "we," "us," or "Entoura"). This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. If something here doesn't make sense, email hello@entoura.studio and we'll explain it in plain language.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you fill out a form on this site, send us an email, or book a call, you give us your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about your business. We need that to reply.
When you visit the site. We use minimal analytics to count page visits and see which pages people read. We don't track you across the web, we don't sell that data, and we don't run advertising trackers. Analytics runs on Canadian infrastructure. You can turn it off at any time, see Analytics below.
That's it. No fingerprinting, no third-party data brokers, no surveillance.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to talk through your project, and to do the work if you hire us. That's the entire purpose.
Where it lives
In Canada. Our infrastructure runs on Canadian-hosted services, so the data you give us is stored in Canada, under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Where a specific feature needs a provider outside Canada, we name it below.
When you chat with our AI concierge
Some pages offer an AI concierge ("Entoura") you can talk to. If you use it, we store the content of your conversation along with any name and email you give us, so we can answer you and, if you want, book a call. We use this only to respond, qualify the fit, and schedule a call. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
The conversation and your contact details are stored in Canada. Three parts of the concierge involve service providers outside Canada: the AI model that generates replies (Anthropic, United States), the email that notifies us of your message or booking (Resend, United States), and the calendar that holds your booking (Cal.com, United States). These providers process the minimum needed to do their job, under their own privacy terms and contractual safeguards. We keep the model configured so it does not retain your conversation after it answers. If you would rather not use the concierge, every page also has a direct booking link and our email address.
We keep concierge conversations only as long as needed to follow up, and we delete conversations that do not lead anywhere within 12 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at hello@entoura.studio.
How long we keep it
For inquiries that don't lead anywhere, we delete the conversation thread within 12 months. For active clients and projects, we keep records as long as the engagement runs and for a reasonable period after, in case there are tax, legal, or warranty questions. If you want your data deleted at any point, email us and we'll do it.
Who we share it with
Almost no one. The exceptions:
- Tools we use to operate (email, calendar, file storage, hosting). These providers have their own privacy practices, and we use ones that comply with Canadian law.
- If we have a legal obligation to disclose (a court order, for example).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. Ever.
Your rights under PIPEDA
You can:
- Ask what data we have on you
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email hello@entoura.studio for any of these. We'll respond within 30 days.
Analytics
We run first-party analytics (PostHog, self-hosted) to count visits and understand which pages get read. Data is processed on Canadian infrastructure. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
Analytics is on by default for this site. You can opt out below and we will not load analytics on future visits from this browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically.
Booking a call through Cal.com may set cookies from Cal.com when you open the scheduler. Those are governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies (the ones needed for it to work) and, unless you opt out, a minimal analytics cookie to count visits. Nothing else.
Changes to this policy
If we update this materially, we'll change the date at the top and post the new version. Substantive changes for active clients get an email.
