Application
What are we actually building, and what problem must it solve first?
Entoura.Application Blueprint™
Entoura.Application Blueprint™ is a focused product and technical planning engagement for businesses that know an application could move the business forward, but need the right iOS, Android, web, or AI-enabled build defined before development begins.
Scope, user flows, technical direction, risks, and the clearest route to build.
Why this exists
The idea is real, but the first release is still too fuzzy to scope or build responsibly.
A workflow has outgrown spreadsheets, forms, generic tools, or one person holding the process together.
You know a custom application could help, but need to see the path before committing to a full build.
AI or automation is on the table, but you need to know where it belongs and where it does not.
What gets answered
What are we actually building, and what problem must it solve first?
Who needs it, what do they need to do, and where does the workflow break today?
What belongs in the first useful release, and what should wait?
What integrations, data, permissions, and infrastructure need to exist?
Where could the build get expensive, ambiguous, or technically fragile?
What is the clearest path from plan to launch?
What you receive
Every Blueprint produces four tangible artifacts for $2,500 CAD, credited in full toward your build. You own all four whether or not you build with Entoura.
Every feature, every workflow, written out.
A complete specification of the application: every feature and workflow documented manual-style, with per-feature acceptance criteria. Includes the AI Boundary Specification as its own section, defining what goes to a model, what stays local, what gets logged, and the defined behaviour when the model is wrong or unavailable.
How the application is actually constructed.
Architecture, stack, integrations, data model, and environments. This is the engineering blueprint: how each piece of the system connects, where data lives, and how the application moves from development to production. References the control structure defined in the Launch Prioritization document.
Phases, the fixed quote, and who owns what.
A week-by-week plan with a full cost breakdown and a fixed quote for the build. Includes the v1/v2 deferral list, the risk and assumptions log, and the control structure and handoff register: which accounts, repositories, hosting, and data-residency decisions belong to whom.
A visual synthesis you can put on a wall.
A drafting-grade visual synthesis of all three documents: product elevation with screen mockups, workflow plan, data model, integrations, access matrix, and build timeline. Delivered as a print the client can frame, plus the PDF.

How it works
A 25-minute call to confirm fit and walk through the process. No commitment until you've decided it's right.
You complete five guided stages in your private portal. Two working sessions give Entoura.Studio the depth to produce a plan worth building.
We present your completed Blueprint on a dedicated call. You leave with four artifacts you own: the Technical Specification, the Build Document, the Launch Prioritization, and the Blueprint Print.
Two working sessions and a guided online intake. Most owners spend 3–4 hours total.
Best fit
Entoura.Application Blueprint™ turns the idea into a defined product direction before anyone starts writing code.
We translate the operational reality into screens, data, permissions, and launch priorities.
You can use the plan to decide whether to build with Entoura, narrow the idea, or wait.
Blueprint™ FAQ
Yes. The discovery call is free. It is used to confirm fit, answer questions, and decide whether Entoura.Application Blueprint™ is the right next step.
The Blueprint™ engagement is $2,500 CAD. That amount is credited in full toward your project if you move forward with the build.
You receive four deliverables: a Technical Specification, a Build Document, a Launch Prioritization with a fixed quote, and a 24×36 Blueprint Print. All four are yours to keep whether or not you build with Entoura.
No. The Blueprint™ is useful even if you decide to pause, narrow the idea, or build later. If you do move forward with Entoura, the Blueprint™ becomes the planning foundation for development.
No. Entoura.Application Blueprint™ can define iOS, Android, web, internal, and AI-enabled application builds.
You complete a guided intake and attend two working sessions plus the final review. Entoura needs enough operational detail to produce a plan worth building.
